Q. How much is Shipping?
A. Free - at Xamo we've made it our mission to provide free shipping to all customers on all orders

Q. Will I be able to track my order?
A. Yes, You can track any order by order number or tracking number using our order tracking tool here

Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible from many of our UK warehouses with a standard delivery time of 3 - 5 working days when the order is placed before 12.00pm on a working day (Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays). Please check product descriptions for any variations

Q. What do I do if I never received my order?
A. Please get in touch if you feel you haven't received your order using our contact form Here and we'll look into it straight away

Q. What do I do if I receive a defective order?

A. We are a family run business operating out of London, England

A. Yes. at Xamo we take security seriously. 

Our payment system is certified according to Level 1 PCI DSS standard - meaning that we are equipped with data encryption tools, protection of payment transfers, prevention of viruses at the servers, risk analysis tools as well as constant security monitoring.
